With a proven track record, we have successfully completed three projects and currently have the ongoing project, Savali Homes – Phase-II, which is a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the real estate industry.

Our Flagship Project - Savali Homes
Situated at S No. 153, Urali Devachi, Savali Homes is our flagship project that comprises 5 residential buildings with a salable area of 2,27,933 sq. ft. and a commercial area of about 5,149 sq ft. The turnover of the project stands at an impressive Rs. 57.50 Crores. Scheduled to be completed in 2024, the final phase of Savali Homes is projected to contribute up to 23 Crores to our turnover.
Savali Empire - A Commercial Marvel
Our second project, Savali Empire, located at S No. 156, Hadapsar, is a commercial venture constructed on a 6100 sq ft plot in central Hadapsar. With a building valued at up to 18 Crores, it serves as a foundation for our future business endeavors.

Launched in 2018 at S No. 33, Keshavnagar, Mundhawa, Savali Saffron is our third residential project. With three buildings comprising 173 flats and a salable area of 1,75,000 sq ft, Savali Saffron showcases our commitment to delivering quality homes.
